After Zen

The Challenge

Create a short story, piece of memoir, or epic poem that is 26 sentences long, in which the first sentence begins with “A” and each sentence thereafter begins with the next letter of the alphabet.

I loved the sound of this, had an awesome time trying an automatic writing technique to extract three relatively meaningful words to reflect the state of the world as I see it today, Now.

Straight from my propellor head, thinking cap, cooled processor, shunted along the neural network, bypassing excessive analysis department, inputted through keyboard, and displayed on screen.

At Zen
After Zen

Artificial articulate artistry

Bound boundless bounty

Carved concaved conclaves

Deva dwarfed daemons

Eclectic eccentric electric

Found flown frowned

Grind grid ground

Help hindered hope

Ideal idiom icon

Jealousy jaded jewels

Kangaroo killed killjoy

Labels levelly link

Mendacious magnetic madness

Nowhere needs nothing

Open opaque optics

Purple people power

Queer quail quorum

River running race

Sunshine sings silverly

Tornado torn town

Universe universal university

Victory victim violence

World webbed window

Xeroxed xenophobic x-rays

Yawn yaw yearning

Zeppelin zealously zen
